A private capital practice built on structure, discretion and long-term stewardship.
Edge Notes was established to bring institutional-grade structuring discipline to the private investor market — combining regulated product architecture with the personal service a family office expects.
Discipline meets discretion.
Edge Nexus Capital Advisors Ltd was established in 2026 to bring institutional-grade structuring discipline to the private investor market — combining regulated product architecture with the personal expectation a family office has for its capital.
Edge Treasury SPV Ltd is the issuing vehicle — a ring-fenced special-purpose company that holds investor capital and issues the Edge Fixed-Return Notes. The advisory practice and the issuing vehicle are deliberate legal persons: the advisor never holds investor capital, and the SPV does not solicit clients or manage trading.
Small, senior-led — end to end.
The partners who structure your note are the same people who review your subscription, sign your master agreement, chair your governance packs and answer the call through maturity.
We do not split client ownership between sales, onboarding and post-closing teams. A single relationship contact retains lifecycle accountability — from the first suitability review to the final maturity payment.
The values that frame every engagement.
Six principles that shape every subscription, every reporting cycle and every conversation with an investor.

Fiduciary mindset
We treat the investor relationship as the deliverable, not the deal. Commercial alignment is by construction, not by negotiation.

Contractual clarity
Every obligation an investor has of us is set out in writing before capital moves. Plain language; no tail-notes; no verbal promises.
Long-term stewardship
We are organised for ten-year relationships, not a quarterly close. Reporting cadence, lock-in windows and redemption mechanics reflect this.

Regulatory perimeter
All structured activity is conducted within the FCA Appointed Representative arrangement. The unregulated technology and SaaS work of the group sits in a separate legal person.

Appropriate suitability
We work with sophisticated investors, HNW individuals, family offices and qualified corporate counterparties. Suitability is approved before any product is discussed.

Transparent governance
A named Security Trustee, independent administrator, independent auditor and paying agent sit between the issuer, the SPV and the investor.
The relationship between advisor, vehicle and trading entity should be transparent by design — never by accident.
Operating alongside our regulated Treasury Desk.
The Edge Treasury SPV Ltd board directs the Edge Nexus Treasury Desk — the in-house capital allocation desk operating over the group's 100+ audited trading-team pool. The relationship between SPV, treasury desk and trading teams is governed by a documented mandate and a quarterly governance pack.
The advisory practice does not direct trading decisions. The SPV board issues the mandate; the Treasury Desk executes within it; the independent administrator verifies everything in between.
Begin the conversation. No obligation.
All enquiries handled in confidence. Consultations are offered on an appropriate-investor basis and subject to onboarding checks.
