The group's unregulated technology, SaaS incubator and permanent recruitment activities are operated through Edge Nexus Technologies & Recruitment Ltd, which is entirely separate from the licensed brokerage, capital introduction and fund management divisions.
Recruitment License & Alpha Exchange: The Alpha Exchange platform — including all PM profile listings, fund screening, consultant matchmaking and talent placement functionality — is operated under the recruitment license of Edge Capital Group Recruitment Ltd , a group company holding standard UK Commercial / Employment Agency registration (Employment Agencies Act 1973) and ICO Data Protection registration. Edge Capital Group Recruitment Ltd is entirely ring-fenced from the licensed brokerage, capital introduction and fund management divisions, and conducts no regulated financial activity.
Capital Introduction & FCA Disclosure: Edge Nexus Capital Advisors Ltd conducts Capital Introduction and matchmaking between trading teams and allocators under direct FCA authorisation — or an explicitly disclosed Appointed Representative (AR) agreement — for Arranging Deals in Investments and Advising on Investments (Articles 25 & 53 of the RAO). The entity is strictly restricted to Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties as defined under FCA COBS 3.
Data Security: EdgeNexus utilizes AES-256 bit encryption and SOC-2 Type II compliant infrastructure. Data retrieved via the Alpha Exchange API is used exclusively for internal metric calculation and is never shared with third parties without explicit, cryptographic authorization.
Liability & Due Diligence: Edge Nexus Capital Advisors Ltd acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate connections between Allocators and Trading Teams. All investment contracts, side letters and subscription documents are negotiated and executed directly between the Allocator and the Trading Team. The responsibility for comprehensive due diligence — including but not limited to financial, legal and regulatory vetting — rests entirely with the participating parties. Neither ACEX Global Limited nor Edge Nexus Capital Advisors Ltd assumes liability for the accuracy of information provided by third parties, the performance of any investment, or the legal sufficiency of contracts executed between facilitated parties.
